Hired by Board and CEO to stage company for mass scale by recommending and implementing an agile transformation and changes to people, processes and systems. Made technology, information and data a differentiator for employees, clients and investors. Core platform and process redesign while growing revenue and reducing turn over.
- Created and executed 24-month technology roadmap to migrate company from aging platforms to modern cloud infrastructure and security. Implemented agile methodology to both development and process rollout. Achieved 56% annual savings on infrastructure costs despite introducing more than 20 new systems.
- Selected and deployed new operational platform for multiple business lines previously on paper. Increased business line revenue by 17% annually and improved compliance.
- Established Process team to document ops processes in an online Knowledge Base to reduce branch variation and enable rapid scale. Built multi-tier support team to answer any questions process or technology related. Established training criteria for every operational position and reduced turn over from 109% to 63% annually.
- COVID-19 Rapid Response. Moved 80% of the company workforce remote in under 4 weeks through process and technology advancements while achieving record revenue and profits.
- Established Recover Health Virtual Care platform for clients, referral sources and employees. Creates a 360 view of client care, tele-visits, remote monitoring, and BI, ML and AI aggregating data across all platforms.
- Implemented companywide real time KPIs and scorecards for every operational and key corporate role. Fully integrated Business Intelligence (BI) tool enabling objective employee metrics and leading company indicators.
- Successful sale to $1.7B privately owned Aveanna Home Care as entry into intermittent Home Health market
